RETURN POLICY

According to the governing laws of Kentucky

At French Oaks Winery, we take pride in the quality of our wines and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your wine, please review our return policy below:

 

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, in accordance with Kentucky state regulations.

  • Only wines purchased directly from French Oaks Winery are eligible for return.

  • The bottle must be unopened and in its original condition, unless the wine is defective or damaged.

 

2. Defective or Damaged Wines

  • If you receive a bottle that is corked, oxidized, or otherwise defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or provide a refund.

  • If your wine arrives damaged, please provide photos of the damage and contact us within 7 days of delivery.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened bottles (unless defective)

  • Wines purchased through third-party retailers

  • Wines not stored in appropriate conditions

4. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at frenchoaks2020@gmail.com.

  • Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

  • Returns should be shipped to: French Oaks Winery, 1000 Oaks Drive, Flatwoods, KY 41139.

 

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to damage or defect.

 

6. Exchanges

  • If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please specify the desired replacement wine when initiating the return.
